Rosia Montana: Forum Against Unnecessary Imposed Mega Projects #4

[RO]

Cea de-a patra editie a Forumului Impotriva Megaproiectelor Inutile Impuse aduce laolalta activisti si localnici ai comunitatilor afectate din UK, Franta, Italia, Spania, Turcia, Romania, Maroc, Tunisia, Ucraina, Bulgaria, Polonia, Slovacia.

Dear friends of Rosia Montana,

Today in Rosia Montana has begun the 4th edition of the Forum Against Unnecessary Imposed Mega Projects. The previous editions took place in Val di Susa (Italy), Notres Dame des Landres (France) and Stuttgart (Germany). By hosting this forum, Rosia Montana joins the communities in Europe and around the world who fight against this kind of distructive projects, wether they are gold mines, coper or uranium, hydraulic fracture, airports, high speed trains, tunnels or other infrastructure projects.

A political and economical system based only on profit and the interest of big corporations makes us seek citizens’ solidarity not only between our borders, but beyond them. The 4th edition of the Forum Against Unnecessary Imposed Mega Projects brings together activists and members of affected communities from UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Morroco, Tunisia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovakia. In the three days of workshops and debates we will seek solutions to our problems, we will get to know each other better and we will strenghen the connections between us.

We send a message of solidarity to all the communities in Europe and around the world who suffer and we want the world to know that we will never stop!
