<< Berlin Kidz – Fuck the system este despre Berlin Kids, un grup straight edge de grafferi și parkour din Germania, care protestează împotriva limitelor impuse de catre sistem. Nu sunt deloc încântați de circumstanțele pe care orașul le oferă, așa că acesta este calea lor de a se exprima. Este o luptă pentru libertate și împotriva gentrificării și supravegherii.
Prin acțiunile lor produc distrugeri serioase, iar cele mai multe tag-uri nu sunt de obicei apreciate de catre oameni, în același timp sunt colorate, diferite și transmit o grămadă de mesaje optimiste ascunse care le pot face mai placute celor neobisnuiți cu grafitti-urile. This Thursday, besides enjoying a homemade beer or a kombucha in the sunny garden, you can join us for the “Berlin Kidz – Fuck the system” film projection, starting with 7 PM.
<< Berlin Kids are a graffiti/parkour, straight edge crew from Germany, they are protesting against all the limitations imposed by the system, they are not happy with the circumstances the city is offering and this is their way to express it. It’s a fight for freedom and against gentrification and surveillance.
They do heavy damage and mostly tags which is usually not so appreciated by the public but I think the fact that its colorful, something different and that there are a lot of small optimistic messages hidden inside makes it more enjoyable for people who don’t have a graffiti background.
In our city this kind of movement is almost inexistent, many of the graffiti artists are doing legal pieces with zero fucks given against the oppresive system, and zero political views, zero activism, but a lot of hippie shit. >>
